Prototyping and Custom Testing

We work closely with our clients to design and build early-stage prototypes for a variety of novel applications. Past examples include custom development for a CO2 air conditioner, novelty refrigeration system, specialty test rig, and unique water extraction device.

Leveraging in-house modeling capabilities, our engineers work closely with your team to develop a final design of the targeted product. Where appropriate, we partner with close colleagues, including Heat Transfer Technologies, to aid in any advanced manufacturing. With parts procured, OTS technicians then assemble the full prototype and conduct preliminary testing, as appropriate, to confirm the system operates as designed.
