With a career spanning two decades, Bo brings extensive hands-on experience to his role as Laboratory Manager at OTS R&D. Whether fabricating prototype systems, overseeing test installations, or troubleshooting with the team, Bo leverages his abilities to efficiently solve complex challenges as a critical thinker. He serves as Vice President of the Board and is a member owner.

Proficient in industrial refrigeration and HVAC&R applications, Bo’s travels once had him installing a custom NH3 absorption ice maker in a remote Alaskan fishing village to supply local fishermen with ice.
