For OTS R&D, Shankhinee applies her interdisciplinary education to collaborations which advance sustainable technologies fueled by her proactive and methodical problem solving.

Having completed her MSME at Purdue with a focus on energy optimization and thermodynamics, Shankhinee combined her mechanical engineering training with an electrical engineering minor in renewable energy technologies.

In previous roles Shankhinee gained hands-on experience developing solar and battery projects while finding solutions to reduce carbon impact. She is eager to integrate renewable energy innovations and apply her multidisciplinary expertise to solutions that mitigate climate change through optimized thermal engineering design.

Shankhinee likes to go trekking and also enjoys cooking and developing recipes.
