An integral member of OTS R&D’s research facilities team, Romeo Mpaga brings positivity and optimism along with strategic thinking to proactively support projects. With his detail-oriented assistance behind the scenes, our experiments can run seamlessly and provide clients with insightful results.

Certified in Indoor Air Quality and Section 608 of the EPA program for HVAC&R systems, and additionally certified through OSHA, Romeo ensures regulatory safety compliance alongside technical problem-solving. Over his 10-year career, Romeo has demonstrated perseverance through meticulous troubleshooting and solution-focused skills. He holds an Associate of Science degree in HVAC&R Maintenance & Technology.

Romeo remains curious about global cultures and their histories. Looking ahead, he plans to one day explore Scandinavia’s landscapes and culture.
