Modana brings careful attention to detail, a can-do attitude and her kind generosity to the OTS R&D team, working diligently to support our employees as well as our clients. She delivers administrative support to help ensure smooth functioning behind the scenes of the business, as well as the office in general.

Modana has served in an administrative and office support staff role for several companies, including a Montessori School, where she frequently had to think on her feet, respond quickly, and jump in as needed to address immediate issues at hand. Her experience and diligence in problem solving are a perfect fit for the culture at OTS R&D.

Outside of work, Modana enjoys crafting with her Cricut machine where she brings her creativity to life!
