Mike merges his passions for coding and thermal systems optimization at OTS R&D where he combines expertise in heat transfer and HVAC&R with his software development skills. Mike would like to ‘optimize everything,’ and codes creative custom solutions to help push boundaries.

He has more than 14 years of proven industry experience and a strong drive for continuous improvement. Our projects apply his strategic problem-solving skills and attentive approach whether it is to develop and enhance performance of an optimization code or a create a forward-facing selection tool used by customers in the industry.

Outside of work, Mike finds balance through quality moments with family. An avid skier and mountain biker, he faces each trail or technical challenge with perseverance.
