In her role at OTS R&D, Joy consistently brings a helping hand and a wry sense of humor to each interaction. She delivers administrative support to help ensure smooth functioning behind the scenes of the business, as well as the office in general.

Joy previously spent 20 years with the Partnership for Animal Welfare, where she combined caring for sheltered animals with efforts to educate communities as an advocate for animal adoption.

Whether assisting researchers at OTS R&D as they explore new discoveries or volunteering her time, Joy finds purpose in empowering others.
