As Director of R&D at OTS R&D, Dennis skillfully guides complex engineering projects with strategic direction, detailed work plans, and a pioneering spirit. He is an member owner of OTS R&D and President of the Board. Dennis’ years of expertise in advanced HVAC&R systems and refrigerant analysis enables him to adeptly chart internal R&D initiatives and steer customers towards optimized and sustainable solutions.

Dennis navigates OTS R&D to ever brighter horizons through his dedication and commitment to sustainability. He holds an MSME from the University of Maryland, Center for Environmental Engineering (CEEE). When not exploring new frontiers in engineering, Dennis enjoys setting sail along the Potomac and waters beyond.
